Today I´m going to present you the Masterly Conference of Valentin Diez Morodo Vicepresidente del Consejo de Administración de Grupo Modelo.

As you know in the world there are a lot of companies that engaged to a production of beers and for that reason Valentin said that the competence forces you to create new horizons. He said that you could avoid the surprises and we have to fight for the things that you want.



Like a history of the Modelo Company he told us that in 1991 was conducted the placement of the beer in the market and for them the most important thing it’s the distribution network because he told us that the competence made until the impossible in order to leave to sell.



Like an important step for them it was that they expanded to EU and they opened a subsidiary and in that place they learned that they must to know everything about his competence and before they tried to expanded the most as they can and adapt to the persons of different cities of the world and his favorite flavors like in some places that prefers the beer with lemon, but in others they believed that the beer it was pee and for that reason they put it lemon. ( hahaha) although they never lose his flitch.



One of the things that they take care it’s the advertising because now it’s different it has changed in everything and they have worked in that, that’s the reason that they are popular, now they opened 189 markets.



And he gave us especial information for the curiosity every beer it’s produced in México and over the time the beer has been the same always.



The things that I learn of this conference were:



1. I have to meet the market



2. I have to visit the customers



3. I have to go to the embassy of every country and see my represents.



4. I have to find the appropriate.



5. I have to know that there are a lot of bad persons; I must to take care me.

Masterly Conference: Juan Alberto González Director General de Microsoft México.

Juan Alberto explains us about Microsoft like a company who has been in a process of transformation because they now develops software and take like a key the change because for they this is a constant that will be always.



He said that the globalization is making changes and the world is rapidly changing and we must to have abilities, we have to ask ourselves ¿where are the opportunities? ¿What we have to do in the next 5, 10 years or tomorrow? ¿What have I do for to be successful? The industry of information technology are going to be more, we are talking of megatrends.



He urges us of to be communicative and ask us ¿what are happenings in the technologic and information world? And ¿How can we put our own business? He said that in the new business the things that are more important are the mobility and the service.



In this conference I learn that we have to:



· Be young who can develop a cultural ability.



· Be unlimited of borders.



· Learn how we can work in team.



· Be persons recognized for our talent and stay informed of everything that happens in the world.



· Be wise and know to detect new generations, we must to be innovative.



But the most important thing that I learn was:



I have to put my sight and think in loud, I have to live with the love and hang on in that view, make changes, inspire to the persons and don’t give up.



I have to continue with my challenges, continue forward and believe in me in my impact. I have to discover my abilities and change.

Specialized Conference: Luis S. Ortega Trelles Director Regional Sureste de Actinver Casa de Volsa S.A DE C.V

Today I'm going to present you Luis Ortega Trelles who is the Director of Southeast regional of Actinver S.A DE C.V (bursa house) Who was in "Reto Negocios 2013".

Luis Ortega tried to explain the differences that exist in the words: save up and invest although these words are similar are not the same in a large time. He told us that save up is to keep and book money but invest is the action of to put the money in some companies that after are going to growing ( to buy stocks) and if you invest $10 000 dollars eventually you’re money are going to growing. He means that if you save up your money will be the same although the time but if you invest, it could be happen in the best options that you’re money grow but in the bad options you can lose your money.



Everything it’s a matter that you risk. I learn that we don’t have to be wealthy for to invest in a company because you can invest $ 3 000 dollars or the amount that you prefer. He said that the one of the wealthiest person started to invest in stocks at age 13 because he never save up he always invest. And he said that Actinver learn to the customers to invest. He advise us about to buy stocks in the companies like apple, google, Microsoft, cerveza corona and check it what companies are going to grow.



He shows us some graphics where it show the money that we could win if we were invest in some companies (it was horrible to see the amounts that I could win now...) and he give us the things that we need to do I we want to invest, and are (in general terms):



1. Open an account



2. Have discipline and habit



3. Be patient to know what buy and when, to know at what term I am.



4. Diversify, have a briefcase.



5. Set objectives ¿What I am waiting? ¿What I am not waiting of invest?



6. Don’t have hurry, the opportunities have time, always it will have and we have to know when we can take it.

This conference it was one of my favorites and for me it was the best. Ana Maria Olabuenaga makes me understand why the women are like they are. She explains that 85% of the shopping is made by women. The women are the bigger segment of the world and her economic capacity are growing.

She asks herself why does the women are these bigger segments of the world? She thinks that this start since time of cavemen where the women takes care of the cavern and the men goes out whit his friends in order to hunt and bring food at the cavern. The women goes out looking for flowers like trimmings for the cavern but this flowers if you crush it you can see that the flowers off his colors and with that they draw his thinking in stones but Olabuenaga has the idea that the women with that colors they makeup, for she this action of to goes out the cavern looking for the things that they can bring to her house it means the “compras” is the tatara, tatara, tatara of the shopping.



She makes emphasize in a study who presents two types of hormones serotonin, and oxytocin. The men and women have this hormone in common serotonin but the other only belongs to the women the oxytocin. The last hormone is the key of the differences between men and women because the oxytocin is that makes the maternal instinct on the women and opens her cute part.



Since we born until we grow up when we are child we plays different things the boys with toy guns and the girls with her dolls. We like a women learned to communicate through talks, we observed everything, we pay attention at the details and the men not.



She said us that the she discovered that the women make shopping of love because we buy things not only for us otherwise for every member of his family. Like conclusions the men only things in themselves and the women in everything.

No se los quiero contar pero lo que si les puedo decir en terminos generales es que este libro tiene los pasos que se deben de seguir para obtener resultados, muchas cosas son simples y fáciles de entender pero llevarlas a cabo no tanto. Descubriras que muchas veces haz perdido el tiempo o tal vez no, tal vez lo has invertido muy bien. Lo importante es que es de mucha ayuda y es por ello que lo Recomiento AMPLIAMENTE.

This conference it was about how the creator of Facebook became important in the life of very people. Jorge Ruíz explains us that Mark Zuckerberg who studied in the university of Harvard start with an important idea, that he wants to connect people and with that idea he had a view and impact.

Whit the time he discovered that if he put the persons in the central idea and think of the benefits that the persons will have, he gets successful and like an important part of this conference it was that idea, because it’s the ideal and it’s what makes the difference.

At the beginning the things it wasn’t perfects but over the years has been modified and he remarks the important of to do the things until rich the perfection. Also he says that companies like Coca-Cola have constructed his identity and others

companies too, now he said that the companies competence are through pages of facebook and win the company with more likes in this page, the question is ¿why does the companies want more and more likes? Because if you’re fans talks about you’re brand you will have successful because they are going to publicize.

Facebook have landed 9 billion of persons who use it, and that the reason that they are searching persons who are experts of data measurement.


But for me the best ideas that I learn of this conference were:


1. I have to question everything and make me questions like “the things that I am doing at this moment are worth?” I have to question me a lot.



2. Today the photography is the communication and that’s the reason that a lot of advertising used it.



3. The correct strategy in the correct time has the power of to be successful and the people tell history.



4. Think of what form I can do the things different I must to have new ideas and be innovative, think carefully.
